# 4.2.1 Hoàn thành đơn hàng

Sau khi tiến hành đặt hàng, người dùng thực hiện đầy đủ các bước Đóng gói - Xuất kho - Giao hàng - Thanh toán để hoàn tất 1 đơn hàng hoàn chỉnh.

Để kiểm tra và theo dõi đơn hàng, trên thanh công cụ dọc phía bên trái màn hình > **Bán hàng** > **Đơn hàng**

Đối với đơn hàng online, Bạn thực hiện thêm bước đối soát đơn hàng để thu tiền từ phía đối tác giao vận.
