# 2.6 Thiết lập văn bản chào mừng

### Giới thiệu

Văn bản chào mừng là lời chào mà Khách hàng sẽ nhìn thấy khi lần đầu tiên mở cuộc trò chuyện với Page trên Messeger, trước khi Khách hàng ấn nút *Bắt đầu.*

Để thiết lập văn bản chào mừng, người dùng Puzi cần thực hiện theo hướng dẫn sau:

**Bước 1:** Tại trang **Quản lý Fanpage**, trên thanh công cụ dọc phía bên phải màn hình > **Cấu hình** > **Văn bản chào mừng**, giao diện mới sẽ hiện ra.

**Bước 2: Chọn Fanpage** người dùng muốn thiết lập văn bản chào mừng > nhấp vào khung để **soạn nội dung văn bản.**

Puzi khuyến khích người dùng cá nhân hóa văn bản chào mừng bằng cách thêm thông tin như tên, họ hoặc họ tên đầy đủ của khách hàng trong văn bản chào mừng.

Sau khi người dùng thiết lập văn bản chào mừng, tin nhắn sẽ được hiển thị trên màn hình người dùng như sau:
