# Câu hỏi

### Giới thiệu

Để thu thập thông tin về Khách hàng, người dùng có thể tạo một câu hỏi, sau đó sẽ nhận câu trả lời từ khách hàng, thông tin khách hàng nhập sẽ được lưu vào hệ thống thông tin khách hàng. 

Ví dụ tạo một câu hỏi về sở thích của khách hàng:

**Bước 1:** Chọn **Câu hỏi** trong thanh công cụ

**Bước 2:** Nhập câu hỏi của bạn

**Bước 3:** Chọn trường dữ liệu sẽ lưu câu trả lời, ví dụ tạo một trường dữ liệu là **sở thích**
