# 4.2.2 Trả lại hàng

Trong trường hợp khách hàng đã mua và nhận hàng nhưng sau đó muốn trả lại hàng, bạn thao tác trả lại hàng bán:

Bước 1: Tại trang quản lý Bán hàng > **Bán hàng** > **Trả hàng** > **+Thêm trả hàng** > Chọn đơn cần trả

Bước 2: Giao diện trả hàng mới hiện ra > điền thông tin > **Lưu**

Sau khi hoàn tất, thông tin đơn trả hàng và doanh thu sẽ được cập nhật trên hệ thống Puzi Sale.
